Cultivating Community
Social spaces were carefully designed to encourage interaction, informal collaboration, and everyday connection between teams. Layered textures, comfortable furniture, and integrated greenery create welcoming environments that support both planned and spontaneous moments, helping strengthen workplace culture and reinforce a sense of community throughout the office.
Biophilic Workplace Design
Inspired by the surrounding cascading greenery of the building façade, the workplace integrates planting, natural tones, and soft materials throughout. This approach creates a calmer, more human-centric environment that enhances wellbeing, improves employee experience, and brings a stronger connection to nature into the everyday workplace.
Flexible Ways of Working
The workplace was designed to support a variety of working styles, balancing collaborative areas with quieter focused settings. Flexible meeting spaces, open social environments, and adaptable work points allow teams to move seamlessly throughout the day while supporting productivity, creativity, and operational efficiency.

Delivered through Zenixspace’s integrated design and construction approach, the project ensured close collaboration, streamlined coordination, and efficient delivery throughout.
